Yes, it is possible to exchange an item for a different size or color, or even for a different reference.

Please request an exchange through our Return Portal.

Your exchange order will be dispatched within 1 to 10 working days of receipt of your return order at our warehouse. 

Once your exchange order has been dispatched by our logistics team, you will receive a new tracking number by email.

We encourage you to contact our Customer Service Department, who can assist you in this process and ensure that the new product you wish to receive is reserved for you.
